We are using paper spools and boxes to contribute to a more environmentally friendly product design.

The Dual System refers to the near-household collection and disposal of used sales packaging in Germany. It follows the requirements of the German Packaging Act.
NKG (No Knots Guarantee)
We have tested various Filaments and are rid of knotted Spools and changing qualities. Therefore, we decided to introduce our NKG (No Knots Guarantee). That means if your delivered Spool is knotted and more than 50% of the material is remaining, you can send us an email with a picture and get a free new spool.
